Nick Dhanani

As the company’s Chairman, CEO and Founder, Nadyrshah (Nick) Dhanani is the powerhouse, vision and face behind Dhanani Private Equity Group. Before building his business brick by brick, Nick started his career with humble beginnings, operating a convenience store as a night cashier.
After years of gaining experience, he started purchasing and operating his own stores, and with the proceeds of his early businesses, Nick decided to start investing in real estate. In 2012, DPEG was born.
In the past eight years, Nick began buying plots of land and developing convenience stores on them. His success in this venture led him to start developing retail shopping centers and, most recently, multi-family properties. Along the way, Nick’s vision led him to grow his team and company to over $1,000,000,000 in transactions.
