This is 885 sq ft tenant buildout work at 585 Airtex Dr, Suite #200 Houston, Texas 77090.

Project Name: Detention Pond.

This is 0.752 Acre (32,728 sq ft) detention pond and drainage easement, with a total detention volume of 252,832 c.f at 21690 FM 1093 Richmond, Texas 77407.                                                       

Project Start Date: March, 2021.

Anticipated Completion Date: May, 2021.

Project Length: 6/8 weeks.

Project Name: Private Street at 806 Katy Fort Bend Road, Katy Texas 77493.

This is a private street work with approximate length of 180 feet, approximate width of 28 feet, and total concrete area of 5,040 sq ft, connecting to Harris County bridge along I10 feeder road.                   

Project Start Date: October, 2020.

Project Completion Date: November, 2020.

Project Length: 4/6 weeks.
